What is the typical processing time?

We're currently achieving a processing time of 1 working day (excluding bank holidays). If this changes, we will notify you via email, informing you of the length of the delay/ reason. 


How long does shipping take?

Shipping time will depend on which delivery method you choose at checkout. We use Royal Mail to dispatch our packages.
2nd Class: 2-4 working days.
1st Class: 1-2 working days. 
We are not responsible for any delays to your package delivery once we handed your item over to Royal Mail. We cannot control their internal delays. 


How much does U.K shipping cost?

We offer FREE U.K shipping over £15! However, if you don't hit that total at checkout - our shipping costs are: 
2nd Class: £1.99
1st Class: £3.99


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to USA, Canada and Australia! We plan to add more countries to this list as soon as possible. If you would like us to ship to your country, please let us know!


How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is set at £15 - however, we refund all excess delivery charges if we manage to get your shipping for cheaper than this!


How long does international shipping take?

Royal Mail estimate their international shipping as 4-10 working days. Our international customers, at an average, receive their packages at around 7 working days. 
We are not responsible for any delays to your package delivery once we handed your item over to Royal Mail. We cannot control their internal delays.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase. To arrange a return, please email us directly at thekatiecloud@gmail.com. 
Please note: returns are at the expense of the customer. Returns are not free.
You will receive a full refund on return of your item in original condition. This is at our discretion. The final decision lies with us. 

 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives with you damaged, please contact us immediately upon arrival. So we can help you with your inquiry quicker, please send relevant pictures with your email.

What do I do if my order is delayed?
Please allow 14 working days for your item to arrive before contacting us about delayed deliveries. We cannot help you before those 14 working days are up. 
If your item hasn't arrived after 14 working days - we are more than happy to assist you with this immediately. You can contact us at thekatiecloud@gmail.com.
